These flanges allow you to create a dual carb intake using your original car or truck intake manifold. Height and spacing are determined by you. You supply the tubes that weld onto the flanges and braze onto the intake manifold. 
 
Note: You will receive a set of flanges and a block-off plate.  You are buying parts to modify your existing intake manifold, not a complete intake manifold.
